Data Deletion Instructions

FARO by Genie Labs

You can remove FARO's access to a connected social account, and request deletion of associated data, at any time. Both routes below are effective immediately.

Option 1: Revoke access from the platform

1. Facebook / Instagram: Go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, locate FARO, and remove it. This invalidates our access tokens for that account immediately.
2. LinkedIn: Go to Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services and remove FARO.
3. TikTok: Go to Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps with account access and remove FARO.
4. Google / YouTube: Visit myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access and remove FARO.
5. X (Twitter): Go to Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps and revoke FARO.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Send an email to contacto@genielabs.com.mx with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", indicating the account or brand workspace concerned. We will delete the associated tokens, content and analytics data within 30 days and confirm completion by email.

What gets deleted

• Access tokens for the disconnected account.
• Profile information received from that platform.
• Analytics data associated with that account, unless retention is required by law.
