These terms govern the use of FARO, a brand and content operations platform operated by Genie Labs ("we", "us"). FARO is used by Genie Labs and its authorized operators to manage social media presence for brands under our administration.
FARO provides research aggregation, content drafting, human-approved scheduling and publishing to expressly connected social media accounts, and analytics for content we publish. FARO publishes content only to accounts whose owners have authorized the connection through each platform's official authorization flow.
Operators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity under their account. Connections to social platforms may be revoked at any time.
Content uploaded to FARO remains the property of the brand that owns it. The FARO platform, its software and its documentation are the property of Genie Labs.
FARO interacts with third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google and X) through their official APIs. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their services.
FARO is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genie Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including delays or failures in publishing caused by third-party platforms or connectivity.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the Estado de México, Mexico.
